We are located in the Mira Mesa PHENIX SALON SUITES, in between Burlington and Marshalls. I am in Suite #120; when you enter the building, make a left and I am about halfway down the hall on your left.
Please arrive to your appointment early as you will also need to fill out intake and consent forms prior to your appointment. Using the restroom before the appointment is also recommended, as services, depending on what you have scheduled, can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours in duration. I will not be able to stop at any time during your appointment for you to use the restroom, as your eyes will be prepped, taped, and have live product on them over the entire duration of the service.
Please come to your appointment with NO MAKEUP, as it takes away from precious lashing time to remove the makeup and clean your lashes! Less time = less lashes. Avoid wearing any waterproof mascara or eyeliner at least 48 hours prior to your service as any residual makeup can cause retention complications. If you wear contact lenses, please be prepared to remove them prior to your appointment as they can cause irritation during the application. I do not have any vessels for you to store them in, so please bring a case or wear disposables. You can wear your contacts again right after the service is completed.
Please note our late cancellation/rescheduling and no-show policy: Less than 24-hour notice/no-shows will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s) service amount. Because all appointments are reserved by time slots, I cannot accommodate a late arrival of 20 minutes or more past your reserved appointment time, therefore your appointment will have to be rescheduled and a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s) service amount will be assessed.
There are NO REFUNDS after services have been completed.
